Question 1

Is R Cube a start-up in facility management?

Accepted Answer

No. While expanding into full-scale integrated facility management, R Cube is an established enterprise with a proven track record. We already manage and operate prime co-working spaces in Hyderabad and Bangalore, and have a well-established presence in HR staffing & IT recruitment and digital marketing & brand management across hospitality, F&B, healthcare and retail. That background lets us bring rigorous SOPs and structured operations to facility management.

Question 2

What facility management services does R Cube provide?

Accepted Answer

Both soft and hard services, tailored for corporate offices, commercial complexes, healthcare facilities and co-working environments. Soft services cover housekeeping, deep cleaning, pest control, pantry & cafeteria, front desk and guest relations. Hard services cover HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety and preventive maintenance. We also provide on-demand technical and non-technical specialised staffing.

Question 3

Which industries and properties do you cater to?

Accepted Answer

A broad range — corporate IT parks, co-working spaces, healthcare facilities and hospitals, hospitality & F&B outlets, educational institutions and retail outlets.

Question 4

How quickly can you deploy manpower for a new site?

Accepted Answer

Thanks to our existing HR staffing and recruiting infrastructure, we maintain an active talent pool. Mobilisation typically takes 7 to 15 business days depending on facility size, service scope and custom SOP alignment.

Question 5

How do you handle compliance and background checks?

Accepted Answer

With our core capability in corporate HR staffing, compliance is fully managed. All deployed personnel undergo thorough background verification, including identity and address checks. We strictly adhere to statutory requirements including PF, ESI, minimum wage regulations and labour laws.

Question 6

Are staff trained specifically for client environments?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Before deployment, staff undergo domain-specific training covering site SOPs, equipment handling, workplace safety, hygiene protocols, soft skills and corporate etiquette.

Question 7

How do you ensure consistent service quality across sites?

Accepted Answer

Quality is driven by robust SOPs from our hospitality and corporate staffing experience. Each site gets a dedicated on-site manager as a single point of contact, scheduled daily, weekly and monthly audits and checklists, and transparent client reporting on tasks, attendance, consumables and maintenance logs.

Question 8

Can a package be customised to our budget and site?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We begin with a comprehensive site assessment of your square footage, footfall and operational hours. Based on that audit we design a customised, cost-effective SLA that fits your budget without compromising on quality.

Question 9

How do we request a site audit or quotation?

Accepted Answer

Reach our operations team by phone, email or the contact form on this page. We schedule a site visit within 24–48 hours to assess your requirements and provide a detailed proposal.
